Privacy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, city, address and any order notes, plus the transaction ID if you pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
• What you ordered and how much it cost.
• Your cart is saved on your own phone or computer until you check out. We also note which site brought you here (for example Instagram or Google) and send that with your order, so we know where our customers find us.
• We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

How we use it

• We use order details to confirm your order, deliver it, handle exchanges and refunds, and answer your questions.
• We never sell your order details or use them for ads.
• We only message you about your order, unless you ask us to tell you about new stock.

Understanding how our website is used

• We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our shop through clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays. This helps us improve the website and find problems.
• Clarity uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect website usage data, including pages visited and information about your browser and device. Microsoft receives this usage data and processes it under its own privacy statement.
• Clarity masks form inputs. We also mask the contents of checkout, order confirmations and the admin area in session replays to protect personal and order details.
• We also note the steps of each visit on our own website: which products were viewed, adding to the cart, starting checkout, which checkout fields needed correcting (not what you typed) and whether an order was placed. Each visit gets a random code that isn't linked to your name, phone number or order, and these notes are deleted after 90 days.

Who sees it

• The La Bells team: the owner and the family members who help run the shop.
• The courier, who gets your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.
• Our website runs on Vercel and Convex, and order alerts are emailed to us through Resend. Their servers are outside Pakistan.

How long we keep it

• We keep order records for six years after the end of the tax year (July to June) in which you ordered, because Pakistani tax law requires it.
• If you'd like your details removed sooner, message us and we'll delete anything we don't need for our tax records.
